Are you curious about vegetarian, vegan, or plant-based diets and how these fit into a variety of cultural dishes?
Join the Boston Public Library and Stop & Shop Nutrition Partners registered dietitians, in a virtual celebration of eating across the African & Latin Diaspora and the contribution of these cultural foods to health and wellness.
We’ll discuss how plant-based eating does not have to be an ‘all-or-nothing' approach and share tips for simple swaps to get started.
This is a two-part series. Both will happen on Zoom webinar. To attend, please register here.
Part One: We will be exploring plant-based eating across the African and Latin diaspora and the contribution of cultural preference for food to health.
Part Two: We will host a virtual cooking demonstration of plant-based food across the African and Latin diaspora.
