Are you curious about vegetarian, vegan, and plant-based diets and how these fit into a variety of cultural dishes? Join Stop & Shop registered dietitian Christine Sinclair, RD, LDN, in the third iteration of Plant-Based Eating Across the African Diaspora where we will explore the historical perspective of plant-based eating; highlight the influence of African diasporic culinary traditions across the globe; and celebrate the contribution of cultural preferences of food for health and wellness.
This program will happen online over Zoom meeting. To attend, please register here.
We once again highlight recipes from Bryant Terry’s cookbooks. This year, we focus on his recent book, Black Food: Stories, Art, and Recipes from Across the African Diaspora. We will be cooking recipes shared by various chefs in the book.
