Join us for a hands-on, immersive pig breakdown class, where you'll learn how to transform a whole pig into various delicious cuts and dishes.
Dr. Jonathan Campbell, Associate Professor and Extension Meat Specialist at Penn State University, will lead this engaging demonstration class where you will learn the art of butchery, including:
-How to break down a pig into primal cuts
-Techniques for curing, smoking, and cooking pork
-Creative ways to use every part of the pig, from nose to tail.
