It’s Thursday — celebrate the ‘prekend’ with delicious craft beer and wood fired pizza! In this popular hands-on outdoor cooking class series, Chef Thi will teach you the essentials of making farm to hearth pizza using Powisset’s outdoor brick oven. You’ll make your own dough (and take some home) and prepare toppings before your creation goes into the brick oven. All this, while enjoying a cold beer (or wine) and the farm’s relaxing scenery. Classes fill up quick so gather your crew and register today!

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
