Summer produce is abundant – it’s time to get pickling! In this hands-on class, you’ll make delicious pickles without the fuss of jarring. Join Chef Thi to make three pickled dishes: farm vegetable chow-chow with grilled hot dogs; pickled red radishes seared with butter over jasmine togarashi rice; and pickled summer squash and zucchini salad. Leave the jars for someone else!

Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
