Spend an afternoon along the greenway in the sleek and urban Seaport District with Boston Photography Workshops. Our Better Composition: Photo Walk is a 2-hour, beginner-friendly workshop focused on getting you comfortable using a digital camera outside of the classroom. Develop your creative eye alongside others in a small-group setting. Our friendly and knowledgeable instructor will be right there to answer questions.

Camera rentals are available through our website (follow the link on the lefthand side of the screen). Once enrolled in the class an email with the meetup location will be sent to you.

Established in 2014, the Boston Photography Workshops hosts in-person and online workshops catered towards those with minimal formal photography training. Our objective is to make your camera less confusing while providing fun and engaging educational experiences.

We’ve spent years perfecting our approach to teaching photography to everyday folks and here’s what we’ve learned:

• Be kind and explain things clearly.

• Community is key. Learning with others helps us expand our knowledge and perceptions.
