This class aims to create a safe and open space for everyone to take their time in exploring their movement through different prompts and exercises. Starting with a juicy, full-body warm up incorporating gentle flow and stretching, we will then move into trying out concepts I've learned over the years to help open up our minds and bodies to explore!


This workshop is part of the Reflection, Healing & Movement series and takes place in Studio 7 on the ground floor of The Dance Complex. You may attend this workshop free of charge, or you may enter any amount of your choice, which will help support the fee to the artist.
