The holiday season offers us an opportunity to pause and appreciate our life and the people in our life. But it can also be a time when we lose our normal routine and have to deal with more demands on our time and difficult people.


This meditation workshop will take a practical look at Buddha’s timeless teachings on patience and kindness.


Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.


Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
