French pastry is truly magical – similar ingredients with different techniques can make delicious different desserts. In this online interactive class, you’ll learn how to make pâte à choux and turn them into eclairs and profiterole. You’ll also learn how to make savory cheese gougeres. We’ll also make delicious pastry cream and patisserie-style glaze to finish. Let’s take your pastry skills to the next level. You’ll receive a zoom link and a recipe packet 3 days before the class starts. You are welcome to bake along in this class or just watch and learn.
