In this online interactive class, you’ll learn how to make pâte à choux and turn them into eclairs and profiterole. You’ll also learn how to make savory cheese gougeres. We’ll also make delicious pastry cream and patisserie-style glaze to finish. Let’s take your pastry skills to the next level.
