Calling all night owls and music-loving yogis!


Join DJ cakewalk and certified yoga instructor Gabby Rivas for this fun 60 minute all levels vinyasa flow which will be a fusion of yoga and dance music. Together on our mats we’ll create a union through sound and spirituality where we’ll use the breath and the music to create a deeper connection.


DJ cakewalk will provide the groovy live beats during class with a fun dance party to follow!


Part of the proceeds will go to Hands To Heart Center, a non-profit that shares the healing practice of yoga with people affected by addiction, poverty & trauma in Greater Boston.
