Expect to learn about the unique history of rum, loads of fun facts from our resident walking-encyclopedia-of-bar-knowledge Brother Cleve, and takeaway a recipe for the perfect Mai Tai!
 
What To Expect:
- Welcome Cocktail (6:30pm-6:50pm)
- Class starts 7:00pm with snacks and canapés, Brother Cleve will host a lecture-style class with an interactive demonstration of how to create the perfect Mai Tai
- Full Sized Mai Tai Cocktail and recipe
- Plenty of fun surprises
