Please join Suffolk Performing Arts Office for the 20th Anniversary Pioneer Performance Series production, PAINTED ALICE: The Musical on February 24, 25 & 26 in the Modern Theatre (525 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111).


Painted Alice is by local playwright, Bill Donnelly with lyrics & music by Michael Mahler. In the show, we meet Alice, a painter struggling to complete her first commissioned work. The pressures of her creative block and looming deadline leaving her anxious and uninspired. Questioning her abilities and priorities, Alice falls through her canvas and finds herself in a dark and comical wonderland where life, art, and a great many curious things collide!


There will be a Talk Back Discussion with the cast & crew following the performance on Thursday the 24th that the audience is encouraged to participate in.


The show features the work of our student cast & crew, including:


Sarah Pollock, Emily Collins, Sarah Burnham, Gio Casella, Sung Hee Lee, Luke Paladino, Vicki Karns, Jules Barker, Sarah Smith, Kaylana Lancisi, Annaliese Arnsten, Madison Willey, Zoe Garside


Admission is free but advanced reservations are strongly suggested!

**COVID PROTOCOLS** Please note:


>You are required to wear your mask while inside the building.


>You will need your Suffolk ID to enter the building, and will be asked to “swipe” before entering the performance.


>Members of the public age 5+ will be required to provide proof of vaccination: Either the original vaccination card – including name, date of birth, manufacturer, and date administration – or printed or digital documentation providing proof of being fully vaccinated (two weeks after final dose). For those 18 and over, a matching photo identification card (state issued driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or passport) will also need to be presented.
