Since we are able to commune in person now and the weather is cooperative, let’s have an in person mindfulness self care painting workshop. All materials will be provided by the facilitator Vie Ciné ie paints, canvases, brushes etc. All participants will keep their finished portraits at the end of the workshop! 💜👩🏽‍🎨


Keep in mind we will be sitting on the grass so bring all your comfort needs i.e. sunscreen, water, blanket etc so you can feel as relaxed and have the best experience!! ✨
