A celebration of the history and community building powers of pig roasts with a spanish style whole hog and sides from around the world.


Across all cultures, variations of the traditional pig roast exist as a means of celebration between family and friends. Filipinos make lechon baboy, southern Americans go pig pickin’, the French make cochon de lait, but no matter what the feast is called the focus has always been on strengthening the bonds between guests.


At PAGU, we want to uphold this tradition and the irreplaceable value it brings to the community at our Suckling Pig, Your Way dinner. You’ve seen it on the corner of our menu and on Monday, September 3, experience our Spanish style suckling pig your way with a series of sides not available on our normal menu. Create your own sliders on our sake kasu dinner rolls with house pickled onions and barbeque sauce, make your own pork belly poutine on a bed of fries and gravy, share your creations with friends and try a forkful of theirs.
