Suckling Pig Fiesta on July 31, 6pm-9pm with chefs Ashley Lujares of Mango Tao, Alex Saenz of Taqueria El Barrio and Hemlock, and our Basque Culinary Center Chefs Sergio Corredor, Javier Camacho and David Cordobes.
($60 includes food, tax, tip. Drinks are a la carte)
We're excited to host this annual event again, celebrating suckling pig from Stryker Farm in PA, as well as the multicultural talents of all our chef friends. DJ MickeyGrouse will be spinning tunes and we'll have some fun beverages like cocktails/mocktails paired to each pig, porrons of wine and Basque cider, and PAGU's full beverage offering. It's a family friendly and pup friendly event. I've seen BBQs and block parties, but I don't think I've seen other folks in the Boston area do suckling pig, and we have been doing it since we opened 7 years ago.
