Shell-ebrate Tuna and some in-season shellfish! Embrace the many forms of tuna and slurp some tasty oysters and scallops!
Join us for an autumnal Tuna & Friends Fest! To kick off the local shellfish season, Chef Tracy Chang and the PAGU team are excited to host another seafood shellabration, coming off of a well attended Tuna Fest earlier this summer.
This event will showcase late fall and early winter seafood, local shellfish like Maine uni, scallops, oysters, and more! Our partners from Wulf’s Fish will be providing us with all seafood, and our friend Bob Florence from Moromi Shoyu will be back to taste us on his delicious ferments of double brewed soy sauce, chili Moromi sauce, and more.
Guests will be grouped together to explore various stations featuring giant tuna collar hand rolls, a tuna butchery demo, a splendid shellfish station featuring Cape oysters, local scallops and Maine Uni, and more. Don’t miss out on this unique experience!
