Join us for a kid friendly dumpling class! 


Learn how to make various dumplings in different shapes and sizes.

 

James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang and her team will walk you and your kids through some classic, easy to learn dumpling folds.


From Siumai (shumai) to Wontons, we'll teach you the preparation and techniques so you can replicate at home!


*This class contains shrimp and gluten. If you cannot have cross contamination, we cannot guarantee your safety. If you have dietary restrictions, please email us ahead of time!

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. 

Children are welcome as ticketed students. 

Young children under 10 must be supervised.

Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class.
