Learn how to make popular Chinese American dishes: Hot and Sour soup, Fried Rice, and Mapo Tofu! We'll cover the basics behind making these classic staples in Chinese cuisine. 


This class is a group cooking session, students will be collaborating with others to create dishes to enjoy together.

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. 

Children are welcome as ticketed students. 

Young children under 10 must be supervised.

Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class.
