Instructor - Jessica Klein
Jessica (she/her) is a welder with seven years of professional experience in a variety of fields and a metal shop resident. She is a firm believer that doing good work is an art in and of itself and will work with you to be your best. She learned welding at Modern Welding School in Schenectady, NY and has worked at a variety of companies including General Electric.
Class Description
Oxy-acetylene cutting is faster, often safer(assuming proper operation of equipment), and more fun than using an angle grinder for similar tasks. Gas welding is a versatile and adaptive process which can be performed without electricity in all kinds of environments, wet or dry.
This class is appropriate for people who have never welded or who welding experience and want to learn a new process.
