Let's kick it!


Join Team OV and EBF each week for OV Sweat on the Copley Square Great Lawn! Our favorite trainers from EverybodyFights will lead us through a 50 minute sweat session, focusing on shadowboxing combinations and body weight exercises performed to the beat of the music. Each class will wrap up with some conditioning and core work, and ending with a meditative cool down. No gloves required!
