Parkour is a physical discipline inspired by human movement with a focus on navigating obstacles in your environment. By emphasizing adaptation to any situation through a combination of running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal motion, parkour improves your strength, reflexes and agility. These beginner classes are designed to ease you into the fundamentals and jump-start your progression.


SCHEDULE:
2:00-3:00pm - Intro to Parkour class for beginners
3:00-4:00pm - Open jam


$10 drop-in for the class, attendance is free if you're just coming to jam after. All funds go toward the development of bigger and better programs in the future!


WHAT YOU NEED:
- Water
- Layered, non-restrictive workout clothes
- Flexible athletic shoes
- An open mind!

Motion Revolution is a collective of athletes, coaches and event coordinators that have come together to provide weekly classes, jams, special events and safe practice spaces for Parkour and Freerunning in downtown Boston.
