It’s our last cooking class until fall AND we’re celebrating Pride Month! Join us around the wood-fired pizza oven for a cooking class and demonstration led by Chef Thi. Learn how to craft a Roasted Seasonal Vegetable Panzanella Salad followed by a Brick Oven Spatchcock Chicken with Farm Succotash. Finish it all off with a mouth-watering Roasted Peach topped with Oat Crumble and Gelato.
This cooking class is part of Powisset’s OUT at the Farm monthlong celebration, to which all are welcome.
