Organic wines are having a moment with increased attention and understanding, and Barcelona Wine Bar has been leading the organic wine charge for some time, recently receiving awards from World of Fine Wines in recognition of their long-time commitment to understanding, supporting and developing organic and sustainable wines and the small batch producers who make them in efforts to bring understanding and acceptance to more guests and wine drinkers. To further those efforts, Barcelona Wine Bar is hosting an “Uncorked” wine and social event in a cocktail style, walk around party where 30 organic wines from the extensive cellars will be uncorked for guests to sample, taste, and learn more about and dive into with the Barcelona team. An array of passed tapas, paella, snacks, sides and more will be on offer from the talented culinary team while guests learn about the global winemakers who dedicate their craft to producing wines with minimal intervention, and with the whole earth, to create honest and beautiful wines.
