Welcome to the 21st annual StoveFactory Open Studios!
Visit 3 floors of artists' spaces and do a 'mini art walk' all under one roof in a repurposed 19th century factory building. Meet artists and ask questions! Enter a raffle to win a Blick Art store $50 gift certificate, donated by Blick.
See free, live demonstrations of art and artisan processes and creative practices. Take part in hands-on activities. Make a paper bowl to take home. Make a print on an antique letterpress. Watch encaustic wax painting. Witness the Korean fiber art process of Joomchi using mulberry paper. Listen to a painter give a short talk. Please check our website for updates on times.
Artists' works are available for purchase in the studios and in the StoveFactory Gallery. See current winter exhibit, Small Works, of pieces that are perfect unique holiday gifts. Free admission, open to the public.
Open Studios is 11-5 both days. Free parking on the street (open to non-residents on weekends) and free parking in our adjacent lot. Navigate to 511 Medford Street, and please park only in spaces marked with green signs "Reserved for 511." Park at own risk.
