Friends!! We are so excited to host our first event on our new day of the week...in our new home...with an amazing feature!! Please join us for the first TUESDAY in July at Make Shift Boston for an open mic and feature with Victoria DelValle :)
Victoria's bio:
Victoria DelValle is a Puerto Rican poet and visual artist from the Villa Victoria in South End, Boston. She has written for and performed in slam competitions since she was 13 and has been drawing ever since she can remember. She has participated in Louder Than a Bomb Massachusetts, the largest youth slam festival in the world, throughout her high school career and had touched final stage every year. In the summer of 2018, she was apart of a youth team that represented Boston at the international youth poetry slam festival, Brave New Voices, in Houston, Texas. Her team took home 4th place internationally. She now is focusing on exploring herself as an artist through her creative collective called Thirteen.Vic as she just recently returned home from her first year of college, studying Interactive Media Arts at New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
