Dance class open to people with all levels of experience taught by Lonnie Stanton, a professional dancer and experienced dance educator. The style of this class is contemporary, which will be informed by Lonnie's experience training and performing in Boston-area schools and companies, including the Boston Conservatory, Prometheus Dance, and Jean Appolon Expressions.


The class will begin with a brief warm-up and build toward a short combination for everybody to learn together.


This class will be taught on Zoom. When you register, you will receive an email with more information about how to access the class. We recommend wearing clothing that you can move easily in and either being barefoot or wearing socks. The class is designed so that everybody can do the movement in a small amount of space, such as a small living room or bedroom.
