For complete beginners. No pre-requisites other than a ukulele and clip-on tuner.
Learn to play the ukulele from ground zero. How to hold your ukulele, tune it, read and play from chord diagrams, execute proper strums, tune your voice to the ukulele, one-chord, two-chord, three chord songs.
Admission fee is for all six one-hour classes in Zoom.
6 Mondays from 1/25 to 3/8/2021. (No class 2/15/2021)
Learn to play the ukulele through chords and accompanying yourself singing or humming. Also known as strum or strumming, this is the harmonic approach to learning the instrument.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Anne Ku is the author of a new 110-page book on the ukulele and has taught music at the University of Hawaii Maui College.
