Johann Pachelbel's greatest hit was his Canon in D, used often in weddings and funerals. He was baptised on 1st September 1653 though his birth date is unknown. Numerous pop songs are based on his famous chord progression. (Read blog post)

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Anne Ku has been teaching ukulele in the Boston community since 2018 when she launched a weekly thematic jam session in Historic Lower Mills (Dorchester). To get people to join her music club, which is part of the Ukulele Union of Boston, she began giving classes (workshops) from that location. She is a member of the New England Guitar Orchestra. Currently, she serves as organist in Walpole, MA.
