Meditation is one way to put in that work! 💪 Having a regular meditation practice will reduce anxiety, help you sleep better, increase your energy throughout the day, and make you more creative.
The Beginners Drop-In is always held online via Zoom. Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, the program will be hybrid, meaning it will also be held in person at CIMC in addition to being held online.

Each class includes basic meditation instruction, practice and discussion. This class is appropriate for first-time meditators as well as those with meditation experience. No registration required. The program begins promptly at 6:00 pm ET. Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire class.
