Our 2025 Limited Edition No Man's Hands Whiskey is hitting the shelves. Each year, we release a special whiskey crafted exclusively by women and non-binary folks from grain to glass. This year's limited edition release is a Wheat Whiskey.


It started with grain grown by Rachel McDermott at Dancing Grain Farm in New York. The grain was sent to Valley Malt where it was malted by Andera, Margot, and Sheila. From there, the grain traveled to Short Path and we made the magic happen.


Our team mashed, fermented, twice distilled, barreled, debarreled, proofed, bottled, and labeled the spirit by hand. This was a whiskey made with loads of passion, ambition, and strength.


A big shout out to our friends at The Pink Boots Society, who helped us with this project. 5% of proceeds will be donated to Pink Boots, who aims to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the alcoholic beverage industry.


Join us for a release party on Saturday, March 1 to celebrate.


LIMITED BOTTLES we'll have 100 bottles for sale starting at 1pm. $60/bottle, 2 limit per person. 5% of proceeds will be donated to The Pink Boots Society.


SPECIAL COCKTAILS special drinks and flights behind the bar for the day.


FREE TOURS & TASTINGS free distillery tours are taking place at 2, 4, and 6pm. Each tour comes with 2 whiskey tastings: Straight American Single Malt Whiskey and 2025 No Man's Hands Wheat Whiskey. No reservations required, just show up!


BARRELHOUSE BAR OPEN enjoy a drink in our newly rennovated barrelhouse bar where the air is filled with the scent of oak and hard work.


FOOD POP UP El Pelon Taqueria will be here from 3-8pm with the good eats.
