The Dance Complex presents its next Reflection, Healing, and Movement series event on December 5, 2022 with Nikki Li’s Dance for Connection. Nikki will lead this workshop with a focus on exploring physical connection and kinesthetic empathy through creative movement.

About Dance for Connection:
The Dance for Connection workshop will explore physical connection and kinesthetic empathy through creative dance and movement.
No prior dance experience required, just willingness to move! Wear something comfortable. Mask required for in-person attendance.
What to expect:
This workshop is a part of the Dance Complex’s Reflection, Healing, and Movement series. No client/therapist or client/coach relationship is formed by attending the workshop.
About Nikki Li:
Nikki Li is a dancer and healing arts facilitator. She has fallen in love with many dance forms including Chinese traditional dance, contemporary, street dance, and recently fusion partner dancing. Her passion is dancing for expression, connection, and community.
She uses the body-mind connection to promote wellness in her role as a pre-licensed Dance/Movement Therapist and Couple and Family Therapist. She brings a rich experience facilitating individual and group creative arts explorations.
In her role as a healing arts facilitator, Nikki is not acting as a therapist and no therapeutic relationship is built through attending workshops.
