In this time of heartbreak, shock, & uncertainty surrounding the horrors that have been taking place in Israel, we will gather for our promised meditation class, but with a different twist. 


Join Rabbinic Intern Carrie for an evening of guided meditation practice, singing, & sharing, followed by an hour of mulled wine & schmoozing. 


Carrie will be specifically teaching practical tools for grounding & centering, & other ways of working with our nervous systems in challenging times. 


These are challenging times for Jews across the world. 


Everyone is welcome, from meditation skeptics to experienced practitioners.
