Newburyport retailers and restaurants will participate in the upcoming Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce annual Holiday Invitation Night on Friday December 8 and 15, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in downtown Newburyport. The special evening is designed for holiday shoppers to stroll the welcoming streets of Newburyport and visit the many shops and restaurants, enjoying complimentary refreshments, live entertainment and special sales and events.


Participating retailers and restaurants include Best of British serving delectable Walkers Shortbread of Scotland, Bobbles & Lace featuring wine and live music; Coast & Country serving holiday refreshments; Dos Amigos Burritos sampling Mexican hot chocolate and baked goods; FatFace distributing beverages and treats; Lively Kids pouring spiked eggnog and giving out cookies; Port Blue Accents featuring holiday refreshments; and special holiday cheer at Michael’s Harborside and Purple Onion Café.
