Say goodbye to 2024 with a lineup of great comedians from three New England states at Mount Pleasant GC in Lowell, MA. Doors open at 6:30 for 7:30 showtime.


Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door. (Cash only). There will be light snacks and a cash bar.


Presented by Scamps Comedy Productions, the New Year's Eve Comedy Spectacular features Dave Rattigan, E.J. Murphy, Dan Donahue and Mona Forgione. The material is suitable for 21-plus.


Known for his dead-pan delivery and quick, dry wit, Dave Rattigan has performed in Ireland, Japan, at Fenway Park, The Cape Cod Melody Tent, South Shore Music Circus, a lumberyard, the lobby of an ad agency, a library, and several parking lots. “There’s nothing funny about the way he looks, until he gives that deadpan look of his,” popular blogger Ralph Fatello (RalphsPic.com) wrote. “His outward appearance is something out of a mature GQ magazine. He looks like a cross between a semi hip banker, and your mild-mannered father-in-law …. Dave is the master of completely dismantling himself in front of a crowd of strangers. I’m always torn as to whether I should console him, or just laugh my ass off like everyone else …. You know they (comics) are hitting home when the audience starts to point at each other….” His CD was played on SiriusXM and radio stations all over the U.S. and Ireland, and he has appeared in regional television commercials on NESN.


Vermont's E.J. Murphy has played top clubs all over and has built a reputation as one of the Northeast's consistently funny comedy headliners. His comedy has appeared on MSN’s home page, Sirius XM, Audible’s Sounds Like America, and Rooftop Comedy's Daily 8. He has appeared in the semi-finals of The Boston Comedy Festival, The Oddball, Burbank, Asheville and Burbank Comedy festivals, The Comedy Central Laugh Riots, and has opened for Styx.


Man-mountain Dan Donahue works in theaters around New England as the opener for Juston McKinney, and he’s also shared the stage with Boston headliners such as Jimmy Dunn, Mike McDonald, Christine Hurley, Mike Donovan, Paul Nardizzi and Dave Rattigan. He was selected for the prestigious Hampton Beach Comedy Festival in 2022, and recently acted in his first film, the horror-comedy short Mars Hill Bait and Tackle.


After retiring from competitive Roller Derby with two busted up shoulders, city girl Mona Forgione is now a New Hampshire mother of three and has fully embraced the midlife crisis of standup comedy. Audiences approve. She's advanced up the ranks of the New England Comedy scene, sharing the stage with headliners such as Mike McDonald, Dave Rattigan and Kathe Farris. She was a semifinalist in the 2020 Boston Comedy Festival, performed at the 2022 Portland Maine Comedy Festival, and has made radio appearances on FrankFm with Mike Morin, WGIR with Jack Heath, and WJYY with Nazzy Nazz.
