Celebrate the New Year with an invigorating 108 Sun Salutation workshop!


Known as a Yoga Mala, the completion of 108 Sun Salutations is a moving meditation that allows you to honor yourself, to practice compassion, and to connect to a higher power. Let your heart guide you as you link your breath with movement in this vinyasa workshop. Do all 108 or as many as you desire in a nurturing, supportive environment. The workshop will be structured in 4 different sets of 27 sun salutations, with ample time to rest and recharge between sets.


Share energy, cultivate your own intentions, and ring in the New Year with a dynamic yoga flow among like minded practitioners.
