Virtual New Wave Yoga

Join me for New Wave Yoga! This will be an All-Levels Flow to the sounds of 80’s New Wave and Post-Punk Bands.
This will be a Yin/Yang Flow that will balance the solar and lunar energies within us. It will be about 35 minutes yang and 25 minutes yin so expect to sweat & strengthen as well as get a nice deep stretch. Interweaving some upbeat new wave (B-52s, Blondie, etc) during the solar/yang flow portion... with some of the darker jams (joy division, bauhaus, etc) during the lunar/yin poses.
Finding that balance between light & shadow, work & rest and masculine & feminine.
I’ll be drinking a mimosa after class so there’s an option to stay and chat after!
This will be Live via Zoom.
