Vladimir Mukhin is one of the leaders of a new Russian cuisine, and he is on a mission to introduce modern Russian cuisine to the world. Restaurant Magazine ranked his Moscow restaurant White Rabbit #18 in their “World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016,” and the Diners Club featured it among their top 50 restaurants in the world. His unique and inventive style of cooking combines classic Russian recipes with modern textures and flavors to create dishes that please any palate.
