Get ready for the season of fresh fish in New England. In this online class with Chef Lars Liebisch, you’ll learn how to buy, clean, prepare, and cook fish and seafood and where to buy them. You’ll learn different techniques to prepare different types of fish and seafood. We’ll make cioppino seafood stew, steamed mussels in white wine tomato sauce, lemon cream cod piccata with asparagus and fresh herb, and shrimp scampi with white wine.
