Naty Hernandez:
Singer-songwriter, guitarist and bassist, Naty Hernandez mixes the rhythms of the Andeans mountains in Colombia with elements of jazz, pop, and world music. Naty highlights those rhythms with a contemporary approach, renewing and contributing to strengthening Traditional music in Latin-America. Her music and concerts, are simply, an open invitation for new generations to know more about their own musical culture. In the last year, she shared the stage with great artists such as Marta Gomez and Maria Isabel Saavedra. Her
song “Manos de Agua” was listed one of the Top 20 of “Radio Nacional de Colombia”. She has also toured different cities of Colombia as well as Mexico, Peru and Boston, USA. Naty is pursuing a degree in Contemporary Writing & Production at Berklee College of Music. She
also has a degree in Jazz Guitar by EAFIT University in her hometown of Medellin, Colombia.

Diego Bahamon:
After taking up the guitar at age 12, Diego Bahamón discovered the tiple, a 12-stringed relative of the guitar which is Colombia’s national instrument. Graduating from his studies in 2013, Diego has taken classes with the most important tiple players in Colombia. Diego’s impressive performances have earned him countrywide acclaim as both a solo performer and bandleader.
He received top honors at the Festival Mono Nuñez (2014), where he won Best Solo Performer
and Best Tiple Player, as well as at Performing Music Contest of Bogota (2011). Diego currently tours as a solo performer and with his ensemble Itinerante, which performs an eccentric blend of lesser-known folk traditions from the Andean region. He was chosen to be part of OneBeat 2016.
