Olympic champion figure skater, Nathan Chen, will sign copies of his new memoir One Jump at a Time: My Story at the Barnes & Nobles at 96 Derby Street in Hingham on Saturday, December 3rd from 12:00-2:00 pm.

 

In this exhilarating memoir, three-time World Champion and Olympic gold-medalist Nathan Chen tells the story of his remarkable journey to success, reflecting on his life as a Chinese American figure skater and the many joys and challenges he has experienced—including the tremendous sacrifices he and his family made, and the physical and emotional pain he endured.

 

“I am excited to tell my story in the pages of One Jump at a Time, which details my childhood on the ice, how I dreamed of one day winning Olympic Gold, and everything that happened along the way,” said Nathan Chen.

 

One Jump at a Time is co-written by Time magazine writer Alice Park and features a foreword by world-renowned designer Vera Wang. The book retails for $25.99.

 

Chen will return to the Boston area in April when he takes to the ice to headline Ice Chips 2023: Full Throttle at The Skating Club of Boston. The theatrical skating show on April 7-8, 2023 features a cast of local, national and international skaters that is perfect for families and skating enthusiasts of every age.
