Join Third Piece alongside one of Boston’s most celebrated Yoga Teachers, Jojo Reger, for an energizing and heart centered mini-retreat.
You'll enjoy a day of yoga, knitting, delicious food, good people, mindfulness and mediation. Both the Yoga and Knitting classes will be suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.
This day has been designed to be a unique and mindful experience that will involve movement, creativity, and connection alongside these two harmonizing practices.
To further our mission of supporting our local community, we’ve chosen to donate $10 from each ticket sale to The Women’s Lunch Place, a Boston based organization that provides healthy meals, essentials, daytime shelter support and advocacy to women experiencing homelessness, hunger and poverty.

Timing & Sequencing:
- 11:30 AM - Registration and sign-in
- 12PM -1PM - Yoga
- 1PM - 1:45PM - Lunch
- 1:50PM - 3:20PM - Knitting
- 3:30PM - Meditation & Closing Movement
- Wrap up 4PM
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel registration to be eligible to transfer to a future class date or receive credit only. (Not eligible for refund).
