Their cheeses harness the best kind of experimentation, their story is truly built from the ground up, and their team really shows that kindness goes a long way. Mystic Cheese puts a lot of effort into making certain the animals that keep this planet rounded are happy… just as happy as people are when biting into a wedge of Melinda Mae! Taste through a menu of their cheeses paired alongside regional wines and pairings, meet the people behind the operation, and put to rest any belief you have that being a cheesemaker isn’t one of the most bada** ways to spend your time.
