Voices from the United Kingdom fill Brown Hall for Music for Food’s third concert this season to benefit Women’s Lunch Place!

Notes from Across the Sea–Music for Food’s 13th Boston core concert season–continues at 7:30pm on Sunday, February 19th, in New England Conservatory’s Brown Hall, with music by British composers Charlotte Bray, Benjamin Britten, John Dowland, and Thomas Morley.. Our illustrious and generous artists include Don Weilerstein, Vivian Weilerstein, Kim Kashkashian, Jeffrey Ho, Katherine Whyte, Cameron Stowe, Yiliang Jiang, Meesun Hong Coleman, and WIlliam Coleman. All Music for Food artists donate their time and talent to raise awareness of food insecurity and support local food relief efforts. Admission is free, and donations are welcomed, as all proceeds will benefit Women’s Lunch Place (WLP), which will soon launch its 40th anniversary of providing needed resources to vulnerable women in Boston.

Additional Details:

Suggested donation is $30+ and $10+ for students, collected at the door. 100% of donations will benefit Women's Lunch Place—a day shelter serving women experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty in the greater Boston area.
