Boston’s 2021-2022 Music for Food Series Holds its Final Concert of the Season on April 10!
The fourth and final concert in Music for Food’s 12th Boston core season–Sound, Color, Texture, Gesture– starts at 7:30pm on Sunday, April 10, in New England Conservatory’s Brown Hall. Our phenomenal artists–Don Weilerstein, Kim Kashkashian, Jeremy Tai, Cara Pogossian, Yiliang Jiang, Cameron Stowe, Vivian Weilerstein, Samuel Rosner, Kristina Bachrach, Kip Zimmerman, Erica Smith, and TJ Vculek–will share a program of Gershwin Songs, Sándor Veress’ woodwind trio, and Mendelssohn’s String Quintet in B-flat major, Op. 87. Admission is free, and all donations will benefit Women’s Lunch Place.

Suggested donation is $30+ and $10+ for students, collected at the door. 100% of donations will benefit Women's Lunch Place—a day shelter serving women experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty in the greater Boston area.
All attendees must be masked and show proof of vaccination or a negative test taken within 72 hours of the concert at the door. Tickets may be reserved here.
Music for Food is a musician-led initiative for local hunger relief. All concerts raise resources and awareness in the fight against hunger, empowering any musicians who wish to use their artistry to further social justice. Founded in 2010 by Grammy award-winning violist Kim Kashkashian, Music for Food has sent funds for over 1.8 million meals to hunger-relief organizations nationwide, with the volunteer participation of more than 160 artists and ensembles.
