Join in an immersive experience where movers of all levels come together. We'll exchange ideas, words, and movement, culminating in an improvisational/movement score within our vibrant community. Our sessions commence with a rejuvenating yoga-inspired warm-up, fostering connection with body and mind. Once attuned to ourselves, each other, and the space, we'll engage in a writing and movement meditation. Each class centers on a distinct theme, and new this session, we will use the energy of the Full and New Moons to inspire and inform our practice. No prior astrology experience is necessary to fully engage in and benefit from these sessions. Come as you are. The session concludes with an integrative meditation and sound bath, promoting restoration and embodiment. Mondays 6:30-8pm. March 11 - May 20th. No Class April 8th and April 15th.
