Moona Cambridge Partners with Kitchen Kibitz to Celebrate The End of Passover on Sunday, April 8th, 2018
Moona, Cambridge’s intimate Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, is teaming up with Kitchen Kibitz, the award-winning pop-up dining experience, to celebrate the Moroccan festival of Mimuna, which caps off the end of Passover with a communal feast.
On Sunday, April 8th, 2018 starting at 5:30PM, the Mimuna dinner will be a four-course journey prepared by Chef de Cuisine Roy Lee highlighting traditional items from Morocco like the Mofletta, a super thin crepe served with honey, as well as delicious salads and tajines from across the region, such as the Lamb Tagine served with prunes and apricots.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience a traditional Mimuna dinner. Tickets are required for the April 8th dinner and are available for $60 per person. To purchase tickets, please visit here.
