Who doesn’t love a healthy dose of competition? A smidge of “anything you can do, I can do better” makes life exciting.
For the month of March, we hosted a week by week pair off, and you all voted. While each of these pairings was *chefs kiss*, there had to be a winner… and tonight, you get to experience the best of the best. Monger led, inspired, and focused, today is about debunking how we pair, how to build absolute perfection in flavor, and what needs to happen on your wine rack to make the perfect bite an everyday reality.
