Momo, Nepalese dumplings, are one of the most popular dishes in Nepal. Join Jenny Shrestha, our Nepalese chef, in this online class and learn how to make classic Momo. You'll learn how to make the dumpling dough, sauce, and filling (meat, vegetarian and vegan options) all from scratch. Jenny will also demonstrate how to fold and shape the Momo. While the dumplings steam, we’ll talk about the culture and history of this popular Nepalese dumpling. You are welcome to cook along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link. Instructor: Jenny Shrestha
