Looking to join a new mom community?! Come join our Mommy Sangha every Wednesday!


Sangha Means spiritual Community. They share the joys and help with the challenges of our Yoga practice.


This class will be part meditation practice, part discussion, part Mommy circle.
Our group meeting at Om Births will join in (via skype) with the Mommy Sangha of the Open Heart Project- a virtual meditation community connecting worldwide. We will start with a short talk about the practice. Then practice together for 10 minutes, and discuss how this practice felt for each of us. Following the on-line portion we will continue the conversation and connection on-site at Om Births for another half hour.


Open to anyone with children or who is expecting. Children are welcome to join (and no the babies do not have to be sleeping or quiet)


This class/new moms group will give you a chance to explore bringing meditation into your life, and connect with other moms in a safe, non-judgmental, open hearted space.
