Celebrate mom with a lovely tea at the park! Enjoy scrumptious sweet and savory treats, lemonade, coffee, tea, and the peaceful setting of Bird Park's Willow Pond. Just sit and relax, stroll around the park, enjoy a StoryWalk®, or play a variety of lawn games. And don't forget a fancy hat! A professional photographer will be on site to take one complimentary digital family photo! Make sure to sign up for your slot in advance. Mom's Day Tea at the park coincides with a native plant sale, so you'll have an opportunity to expand your garden with a living reminder of your special day at the park! The tea takes place outdoors near the Rhoades Avenue entrance to the park (55 Rhoades Avenue, Walpole). In case of inclement weather, we'll move next door to the Union Congregational Church (www.churchbythepark.org). Preregistration is required. Signup online at www.thetrustees.org/birdpark. You will recieve an email with a link for selecting your photo timeslot after you signup, so signup well in advance and make sure to provide the best email address for you.
